Today I have the first design in this year's St. Patrick's Day series! There'll only be a couple of designs for this series but hopefully it'll be enough to give you all some ideas for your own Paddy's Day nails!
For this design I was only planning to do the colour blocking that you see on all the nails except my ring finger. But as the manicure evolved, I decided to take it a step further and I made the ring nail look like a little leprechaun hat!
Enjoy!

ReplyDeletenailspark: I used a dotting tool for the clover itself and a nail art brush for the stem. :)

ReplyDeleteSo cute!
ReplyDeleteVery cute. I have all my 'appropriate' greens out right now trying to decide what 2 I am going to be using this week. I got in on the Zoya special last year - $5 for 3 greens - no postage. It sold out ASAP. I got in but they back ordered me and mine came long after St. Patty's day. In the time since Patty '11, I really have learned to embrace green polishes - before that did not get into them but for the olives. All you bloggers got my mind open wider. I think your picking Jade is the New Black was a stunning choice for your green. It was a green I bought long before I learned to really embrace greens.
ReplyDeleteSoooo cute! I love st Patricks day! I think the simple designs are the best sometimes. :)
