Short Absence

Good morning!

Sorry that I haven't posted in the last couple of days! I had two nail appointments this weekend and I've also been busy working on two projects. One of the projects I'm working on is a complete reorganization of my polish room/setup and the other is a secret for now. So, I might not be around for the next few days but I promise that as soon as I'm finished my reorganization, I'll post some picture for you to gawk at.

And since this is a boring and picture-less post, I thought I'd share a recent and adorable photo of our hedgehog Pepper! I've already shared this on my Facebook page but hopefully some of you haven't seen it yet.

Talk to you guys soon!

  5. Your hedgie is adorable!
it's kind of bittersweet for me to see him, I don't know if you remember, but I posted once here that I had a female hedgie very much like yours that was named "Pimienta" (pepper, in spanish). Keyword is HAD, she passed away a few months ago :'C

funny how we use the same litter box. Do you have a wheel for your hedgie to run? mine loved running around all night :) the Wodent Wheel (http://transoniq.com/), is awesome and very safe for hedgies. Many use the bigger one -Wobust- for their hedgies, but I found that the medium -Sr- also worked for a small one like mine :)

    1. Aww I'm so sorry! How long had you had her?

And yes, Pepper has a wheel! He also loves to run in it all during the night! We made sure to get a hedgie-safe wheel (you can actually partially see it on the right side of the photo above) but the one you posted also looks very interesting.

    2. LOL, hedgies are crazy critters :) We adopted Pimienta when she was older and she was with us 5 years. So I'm guessing she was around 7 or 8 years old, quite a respectable age for a hedgie. I look forward to adopting another in the future, they're kind of grouchy, but great pets nevertheless :)

    1. We love our little Pepper! It's definitely different than having a dog or a cat but Pepper makes a great pet, especially because we got him at a young age so he was able to adapt to us very easily. All I suggest is to do your research before getting a hedgie because they require very unique care. And if you ever have any questions, drop me a line and I'd be happy to help! :)

  16. He is so cute
Did you find him in the nature or you got him in the store? (I sometimes find them around my house but they are scared and run really fast so I can't really keep them but they are very cute and the noise they make is hilarious)
