Today I have the polishes from the Essence Breaking Dawn Part 2 Collection to share with you!
Even though a large Canadian drugstore now carries Essence, for some reason I didn't think I was going to find these polishes here. But to my surprise, when I was there purchasing a few Christmas gifts (for myself haha), I saw this display tucked down in a corner! And on a sort of related note, I also found the display for the new version of GOSH Holographic at that store!
Needless to say, it was a good night for me.
Alice Had a Vision - Again is a blackened purple packed with lots of fuchsia and green microglitter. This one's my favourite for sure. The formula was on the thick side, but still easy to work with. My swatch is two coats.
A Piece of Forever is a warm frosty gold. Bleh. I think I'm disliking gold polishes more and more everyday, especially warm ones like this one. Not a fan. The formula was thick like the others, but not difficult. I've shown two coats below.
Edward's Love is a black base packed with lots of silver microglitter. Once again, the formula was thick, but easy to work with and my swatch is two coats.
Jacob's Protection is a blackened midnight blue with blue, green and purple microglitter. Very pretty. The formula was the same as the others and I've shown two coats of this one as well.
I found these polishes at Shopper's Drug Mart for $1.99 each. I think they can be found at Ulta in the US for the same price.
What do you all think? Anything here that catches your eye?
